1. Senior Manager – Marketing
Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies, objectives, preparation of budget, staffing requirements and execute program activities in conjunction with the Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Manage the planning and implementation of local, regional and international marketing to maximize visitors’ ticket revenues through promotions, brand strategies and partnership alliances.
• Ensure accomplishment of financial/budgetary goals and performance of strategic partnerships and alliances.
• Contribute to the development of the organizational structure, roles and responsibilities within the Marketing department.
• Manage promotional programs such as discount coupons, prizes, and promotions featuring LEGO® toy products to build synergy and increase attendance, awareness and revenue.
• Negotiate and draft promotional agreements and ensure contracts are approved and executed.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in a theme park, hotel/resort or related industry.
• Track record of success in building strategic marketing alliances, selling advertising or other intangibles and negotiating contracts.
• Strong industry and business contacts (local, regional, national and international).
• Ability to set and achieve promotion and sponsorship objectives.
• Strong professional writing, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of foreign languages and culture is desirable.


 2. Senior Manager - Sales
Responsibilities:
• In conjunction with the Sales and Marketing Director, design and implement strong sales programs to deliver attendance for the launch of LEGOLAND® Malaysia.
• Manage sales programs for various markets including corporate, hotel, travel industry, education and youth markets.
• Hire, train and develop a team of sales professionals to execute the sales strategy for the launch LEGOLAND Malaysia.
• Track success of sales programs and propose alterations proactively to respond to the market.
• Explore and recommend new sales programs to optimize attendance and admission per cap metrics.
• Actively participate as a member of the marketing management team to ensure all programs integrate for maximum delivery of attendance and financial targets for LEGOLAND Malaysia.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements: 
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in Sales area, preferably in a theme park, hotel/resort or related industry.
• Strong industry and business contacts (local, regional, national and international).
• Proven success at generating attendance/revenue.
• Strong professional writing, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business development or equivalent experience.
• Strong networking and communication skills necessary.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain effective positive working relationships.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software.


3. Manager – Public Relations
Responsibilities:
• Working closely with Director – Sales & Marketing and Senior Manager – Marketing, create publicity plan for LEGOLAND Malaysia to include a robust schedule of landmark press events to create and maintain media interest in the park launch.
• Write and distribute press releases to key media channels.
• Pitch stories in relation to LEGOLAND Malaysia to local, regional and other media  channels to secure positive coverage of the theme park and its upcoming opening.
• Ensure that the LEGOLAND Malaysia web site provides all the necessary information to the media and to the public.
• Develop ideas and concepts pertaining to newsworthy events.  Coordinate media events and design relevant programs and serve as project manager for special media events; coordinate all aspects of events independently or through other internal and external resources.
• Develop and maintain contacts and resources, including special research projects as directed, including charity organizations list and government officials list. 

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in public relations, preferably in the tourism, entertainment or attractions industry.
• Proven success with media placements.
• Strong contacts in the news and media outlets.
• Excellent writing skills especially in press releases.
• Strong and effective presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills in a high energy environment.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain effective positive working relationships.

 4. Manager – E-Commerce
Responsibilities:
• Formulate plans, develop and implement multi-faceted e-ticketing solutions for LEGOLAND Malaysia.
• Assist in developing and implementing LEGOLAND Malaysia’s e-ticket sales on both online and external distribution channels.
• Responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of strategic social media and digital initiatives, including developing and managing viral marketing campaigns.
• Align programs and activities to support marketing and business objectives through effective program development, coordination and utilization of internal and external resources.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures for e-ticketing programs for marketing and internal park teams’ use.
• Develop IT solutions to increase efficiency and profits focusing on ticketing, vouchers, barcode and reservation systems.
• Act as the IT/Marketing liaison for system improvement, program configurations, emerging needs, troubleshooting and reports.
• Monitoring and analyzing social media trends and its impact on the company’s brand.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in e-commerce within a multi-faceted marketing organization.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills. Prior experience in customer service, advertising or public relations preferred
• Candidate should have extensive experience in e-Commerce solutions and demonstrate the value of analytics in driving web strategies.
• Proven leadership ability to work among a group of diverse individuals as part of a team.
• A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education and experience) is required.


5. Asst. Manager/Executives - Tour & Travel
Responsibilities:
• Working closely with Manager – Tour & Travel and Senior Manager – Sales, create a multi-level sales and marketing campaign targeted to the tour and travel industry on a local, national, regional,and international scale.
• Establish qualified leads in each of the defined market segments: tour wholesalers/ operators, travel agents, airlines, hotels, car rental companies, travel clubs and any travel or visitor bureaus — locally, domestic and international.
• Actively participate in various industry trade shows, seminars, product launches and sales missions on a domestic and international level.
• Prepare and coordinates sales trips including travel arrangements, planning sales calls and strategies for each venue, and organizing collateral materials.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients as needed.
• Research on various cooperative advertising possibilities with hotels, resorts and other travel-related companies to heighten visibility.
• Create develop, implement and coordinates special promotional mailings to travel agents and tour operators by issuance of newsletters and other materials.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in travel and tour or related industry.
• Proven success at generating attendance/revenue.
• Strong contacts in the tour and travel field.
• Strong networking and communication skills necessary.

 6. Asst. Manager/Executives – Corporate Sales
Responsibilities:
• To promote and produce business from the corporate segment for the park, working closely with the Manager – Corporate Sales.
• To drive all sales strategic action plans related to corporate segments as outlined in the business plan.
• To ensure appropriate efforts are expanded on the solicitation and development of business accounts.
• To ensure all duties and responsibilities are accomplished in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with the company's policies.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales and marketing in a hotel/ hospitality industry and/or related fields.
• Presentable image, independent, resourceful and able to communicate at all levels of business.
• Proven track record in Hotel and /or related fields sales industry would be an added advantage.
• Possess functional knowledge of sales and marketing and well verse in software applications, preferably in travel and hospitality operating software.
• Possess excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to travel as and when required both domestically and internationally.


 7.  Asst. Manager/Executives - Promotions & Strategic Partnership
 Responsibilities: 
• Working closely with Manager – Promotions & Strategic Partnerships, establishing and improving long lasting business relationships with promotional and strategic partners.
• Establish qualified leads in attendance driving consumer promotions — locally, domestic and international and caring for implementation of several promotion activities.
• Assisting in building new strategic partnerships with quality brands, creating individual marketing and sales tools for each partner and constantly improving relationships.
• Create develop, implement and coordinate promotional material such as Coupon Layouts and in-park branding.
• Actively participate in various partner meetings and sales missions on a domestic and international level.
• Prepare and coordinates sales trips including travel arrangements, planning sales calls and strategies for each venue, and organizing collateral materials.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients as needed.
• Research on various cooperative advertising possibilities with hotels, resorts and other travel-related companies to heighten visibility.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
• Working closely with Manager – E-Commerce.
• Handling General website maintenance.
• Handling Social Media maintenance (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and the Parks e-newsletter/ Questionnaires.
• Handling of General Web Reporting and Online Sales reports.
• Coordination on website updates.
• Maintenance and updates of Parks online partners (exclusive of affiliate partners).
• Ongoing coordination with regards to the Launch of our new Website, Content development and Photo, Video, Banners uploads.
• SEO optimized pages (for the ongoing/middle and the long term online sales).
• Coordination of functionality of all new/existing tickets with Admission / IT.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in e-commerce.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills. Prior experience in customer service, advertising or public relations preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education and experience) is required.
• Driven, independent, resourceful and able to communicate at all levels of business.


9.  Asst. Manager/Executives – Advertising & Creative Development
 Responsibilities:
• Working closely with Manager – Advertising & Creative Development in the planning and executing advertising campaigns that are aligned with the Company’s business direction and plans.
• Keeping track and maintaining the internal and external marketing resources so as to allow optimum use of limited resources: marketing inventory (premiums and marketing materials), budget & expenditure and other related administrative tasks.
• Coordinating and in constant communication with Creative Agency for finalized creative and production.
• Monitoring and coordinating the creative and production exercise of all Advertising Campaign materials.
• Ensuring Company’s brand guidelines and values are consistently met for all marketing output
• Coordinating and in consistent liaison with Media Agency to ensure prompt media bookings.
• Managing the in-park experience for customers through promo collaterals / materials / signage.
• Managing general projects relation to marketing and promotions.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in advertising and promotions in corporate business, hotel/ hospitality industry and/or related fields preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Driven, independent, resourceful and able to communicate at all levels of business.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and graphic software preferred.
• Strong professional writing and interpersonal skills.
