Building Division
1. Senior Project Manager – To be based in Kuala Lumpur
• Degree in Civil Engineering / Building Technology / Construction Management or equivalent
• At least 10 years’ experience/ exposure in related field especially in high rise commercial
buildings
• Able to handle multiple tasks at anytime
• Exposure in turnkey projects pre-cast concrete construction will be an added advantage
2. Site Contract Manager – To be based in Kuala Lumpur
• Degree in Quantity Surveying/Diploma in Building Technology or Diploma in other related
disciplines. Those without the relevant qualifications but with 10 - 15 years’ experience in
the construction industry will can also be considered.
• Age 25 – 35 years’ with minimum 4 – 8 years’ working experience preferably from a building
and construction industry in a similar position.
• Ability to read and interpret Contractual Law will be an added advantage.
• Exposure in turnkey projects will be an added advantage.
• Have good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with strong inclination towards
quality management practices.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 Standard and provide unlimited
support for the implementation and on-going maintenance for the Company’s Quality, Health,
Safety & Environmental Management System (QHSEMS).
3. Senior Site Supervisor – To be based in Kuala Lumpur
• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Building Technology
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the construction industry
• Those without the relevant qualifications but with 5 years’ experience in the construction
industry will be considered.
4. Senior Site Engineer – To be in Kuala Lumpur
• Degree in Civil Engineering/ Building/Construction Management or its equivalent
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in the construction industry, preferably with hospital
construction experience Advertisement as at 23 April 2011.
• Experience in supervising and coordinating with sub-contractors, consultants and other
related parties would be an added advantage
• Experience in operating tools such as Primavera or other project management software would
be an added advantage
5. Legal Executive – To be based in Putrajaya
• Degree in Law LL.B (Hons) from an accredited university/college
• At least 2 years post qualification experience, preferably with construction firm
• Possess relevant experience in contract law, property development and construction law
• Corporate knowledge and experience is an added advantage
• A good team player and able to interact with all levels of employees
6. Accounts Executive – To be based in Putrajaya
• Possess a degree or finalist professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA)
• Minimum 2 years working experience in similar capacity preferable with audit experience
• Strong accounting and good analytical skill with attention for details
• Able to work independently
Infrastructure Division
1. Contract Manager – To be based in Putrajaya
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 10 years’ working experience with at least 5 years in managing highway, marine
and other infrastructure projects
• Good knowledge in tendering, pre-contract and post-contract processes and contract
administration
2. Civil Engineer – To be based in Putrajaya
• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in highway and/or other infrastructure projects; either in
engineering design office or construction environment.
3. Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor – To be based in Putrajaya
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or other related disciplines Advertisement as at 23 April 2011.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with at least 3 years exposure in tendering, pre-contract and
post contract processes of highway, marine and other infrastructure projects
• Diploma holders with 10 years’ experience and having at least 5 years’ experience of similar
requirements as stated above will be considered
4. Assistant Quantity Surveyor – To be based in Putrajaya
• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or other related disciplines
• Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience, preferably in tendering of highway and/or infrastructure
projects
